Celebration of KVS Foundation Day

 Vidyalaya celebrated KVS foundation Day 15^th Dec 2010. with gaiety & fervour. Students presented different cultural items. Kendriya Vidyalaya Geet was sung very enthusiastically by all teachers & students. The students were then apprised of the Vision, Mission, Objectives and Functioning of KVS at different levels, by Ms. V S Lakshmi, Vice Principal, Shri A. Marappan, Shri O.P Pandey & Shri.Rajeev Vashisht. Principal Mr. H K Ganjoo conducted QUIZ on Activities & Achievement of KVS & gave away prizes to the students. Students enjoyed the Cricket match between senior students and gent teachers. They were equally happy to see their lady teachers playing throw ball match with senior girls. Cadbury Chocolates were distributed among students. An exhibition on “Fossils and Stones” was organized by Shri. Ujjawal Aware & Shri. Rajeev Vashist with their personal collections. Paper banners (Depicting KVS Foundation Day) colour-competition was organized class wise & prizes given to students. The students, staff and parents also enjoyed the viewing of the school building in the evening which was tastefully decorated with lights. A memorable day indeed. Long live KVS.
